Some fact checking

I wrote this days ago, and editors seem to be busy, so I will just publish this myself.

I just watched the presidential debate and have some thoughts.

1. Trump does not understand how tariffs work. Tariffs do increase prices since other countries reciprocate with their own tariffs.
2. Most immigrants do not come here from mental institutions. They are not criminals. Concerning borders? Trump could not build his wall; why does his fault Harris?
3. Trump did not do a “phenomenal job” during the pandemic. He denied for a long time that a pandemic even existed.
4. Trump does not understand what “Marxism” is. Kamala Harris is not a Marxist.
5. No state here ever condoned or legalized “executing a baby.” Trump was never a leader on IVF.
6. The U. S. will not turn into “Venezuela on steroids” under Harris. There is no basis for this claim.
7. Trump says about Harris, “defund the police. She’s been against that.” Later he says she “was big on defunding the police.” Trump cannot argue logically.
8. Harris is not planning “transgender operations on illegal aliens.”
9. Trump still whines about winning an election he clearly lost.
