Justice Is Not Blind

The rich get a break

Trump is a convicted felon

despite all his shouting and yelling.

No jail though, not even a fine.

The judge persisted and still lacked a spine.

“Freedom and justice for all” is the goal.

But while the poor go to jail, the rich don’t end up in the hole.

They keep their wealth and their freedom.

That seems to be the custom.

The system is not fair, for sure.

It’s always the poor and middle class that have to endure.

“Freedom and justice for all” — It’s just a dream

and will be so forever, it seems.
