Many worries

In just a few weeks, Trump has changed and uprooted the lives of many people.

• Federal workers are in limbo about still having a job.
• Whole branches of government are under threat of downsizing and elimination, causing many people to worry about jobs and the future of the country.
• My teacher friends are worried about pending legislation that would effect even more drastic cuts in funding.
• My daughter is worried about the NIH cutting research funding from 60%-15%. Her university hospital is barely in the black now; emails are already coming in about possible consequences.
• Many people worry about Musk accessing their data.
• Anyone who ever helped investigated Trump (legally) is under threat of retribution.
• Many who were counting on Trump to lower their grocery prices (through magic?), are still worried about inflation.
• With OSHA and the Consumer Protection Agency on the chopping block, many worry about their health and protection in the workplace.
• Many people supported by USAID are worried about their survival.

How many more people will have to worry?
